Medicine at Home was established in 2015 to provide Geriatric/Internal/Urgent Care that is patient-centered, compassionate and specializes in medical and dementia care for the complicated and chronically ill patient.
The practice focuses on patient care for the homebound and residents in smaller community assisted living facilities in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC area. Medicine at Home accepts only Medicare Part B and supplemental insurance coverage. There are no other fees. We do not collect direct payment. In order to maintain personalized, high-quality medical care, the practice will remain “concierge-like” in choosing to provide quality service over volume. Medicine at Home has a limited number of patient openings. We are currently accepting up to around 100 patients.
In addition, the practice is committed to helping develop high-quality community assisted living facilities. Medicine at Home directly supports growing your business and mentoring owners/managers/staff so that they can be successful thriving facilities for their residents.
