Who We Are
Medicine at Home was established in 2015 to provide Geriatric/Internal Medicine/Urgent Care that is patient-centered, compassionate, and specializes in medical and dementia care for complicated and chronically ill patients.
The practice focuses on patient care for older adults in their homes or assisted living facilities in the Maryland and Washington DC area. This is concierge care without the concierge fees. Medicine at Home accepts only Medicare Part B and supplemental insurance coverage. There are no other fees. We do not collect direct payment. To maintain personalized, high-quality medical care, the practice concentrates on service over volume. Medicine at Home has a limited number of patient openings.
In addition, Medicine at Home directly supports growing businesses and mentoring owners/managers/staff so that they can be successful thriving facilities for their residents.
